MANILA, Philippines – All of the four alleged gunmen who are believed to have executed Vice Mayor Charlie Yuson III of Batuan, Masbate, last Wednesday, 09 October 2019 were all freed early morning on Saturday, 12 October 2019 Manila Police District (MPD) reporters say. According to the police report, the four suspects were arrested based on a CCTV grab of the plate number of the vehicle they allegedly used getting into and fleeing the crime scene in Sampaloc, Manila at around 8:45 a.m. Wednesday while the victim was eating breakfast in an eatery along Vicente Cruz, Sampaloc, Manila.
