Microsoft Corp. Chief Executive Officer Satya Nadella’s pay package jumped to $96.5 million for fiscal 2025, his highest compensation since he became CEO more than a decade ago, with the board citing the company’s progress in artificial intelligence. About 90% of Nadella’s compensation, which includes a $2.5 million salary, is in Microsoft shares, the company said in the filing. He received $79.1 million in the previous fiscal year. Pay in the year ending in June also increased for Nadella’s top deputies. Chief Financial Officer Amy Hood’s total compensation was $29.5 million, and Judson Althoff, who was recently promoted to lead Microsoft’s commercial business, received a package of $28.2 million.
