Kerala-based Indel Money is planning to raise up to ₹500 crore via a public issue of non-convertible debentures (NCDs) at coupon rates ranging from 9 per cent to 11.50 per cent per annum, depending on the tenor, which ranges from 400 days to 72 months. The effective yield ranges from a minimum of 9 per cent/9.38 per cent for a NCD of 400 days under the cumulative/monthly option to 12.12 per cent/12.25 per cent for a NCD of 72 months under the monthly/cumulative option, per the gold loan company’s NCD prospectus. The minimum application size is ₹10,000 across all Series of NCDs and in multiples of ₹1,000 thereafter. “This fund raise will further strengthen our capital position and support our ability to meet evolving credit demand, pursue our long-term growth objectives and comply with regulatory requirements.” Published on August 12, 2026
