One of India’s largest ice-cream manufacturers, Vadilal Industries Ltd., reported a 95.5 y-o-y growth in consolidated net profit attributable to owners at ₹131 crore for the first quarter of FY27, supported by strong growth in revenue from operations.
The company’s Board of Directors on Wednesday approved and declared an interim dividend of ₹17 per equity share of face value ₹10 each for FY27.
The record date for determining the shareholders eligible to receive the interim dividend has been fixed as August 21, 2026.
The dividend announcement comes as the company reports a sharp improvement in quarterly profitability, with profit growth significantly outpacing the increase in revenue during the quarter.
Shares of Vadilal Industries ended 1.86 per cent lower at ₹7,225.90 on the BSE on Wednesday.
