The Rs 1,617.5-crore Shiprocket IPO opens for subscription on Wednesday and closes on Friday. The E-commerce enablement platform company has fixed a price band of Rs 92-97 per share for its IPO. The issue comprises a fresh issue of Rs 885.50 crore and an offer-for-sale (OFS) of shares aggregating up to Rs 732 crore. On Tuesday, the company has raised Rs 727.41 crore from anchor investors by allotting 7.5 crore shares to anchor investors at Rs 97 apiece. Other investors included SBI Mutual Fund, HDFC Mutual Fund, Nippon India Mutual Fund and Kotak Mahindra Mutual Fund, Mirae Asset Mutual Fund, UTI Mutual Fund, Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund and Bandhan Mutual Fund.
