Adilabad:An adult tiger and a cub were sighted at different places in the erstwhile Adilabad district, leaving farmers anxious during the cotton crop season. A tiger cub was spotted in agricultural fields at Tamsi (K) village in Bheempur mandal. Officials said the mother might also be moving in the same area, having migrated from the bordering Thippeshwar Tiger Reserve in Maharashtra. Separately, an adult tiger was sighted near the roadside at Agarguda village in Penchikalpet mandal of Komaram Bheem Asifabad district. It is believed to have migrated from the Tadoba Andhari Tiger Reserve in Maharashtra.
