Food safety officials have found violations ranging from non-compliant labelling and misbranding to unhygienic handling and storage conditions at a quick commerce platform’s warehouse in Bengaluru Rural and three Indira Canteens in Bengaluru Urban. The Food Safety division of the Food Safety and Drug Administration Department conducted separate special inspection drives at the warehouse in Hoskote taluk, Bengaluru Rural district, and at the main kitchens and food preparation units of the Indira Canteens at Gottigere, Lingarajapuram and Singasandra.
