The Kerala High Court has stayed for a month an order of the State Information Commission directing the Kerala Public Service Commission to disclose records of a recruitment examination to the Kerala State Planning Board. The information commission had directed the PSC to furnish marks secured by the candidates, copies of the experience certificates of candidates ranked first and second, and also records of the interview marks in the selection conducted by the PSC. But the commission directed the PSC to furnish the said information. Aimed at transparency, the PSC published marks of candidates in the written examination and interview, along with the rank list, after completing the entire selection process, it said. After hearing the parties, the court posted the matter for hearing on September 10.
