Larsen & Toubro (L&T) on Tuesday said it plans to transfer it data centre and cloud-services business to Vyoma.AI, a sovereign AI cloud platform, for ₹1,400 crore, and divest all stakes via its subsidiary for ₹30 crore. Once the transfer concludes on or before October 31, LTNSPL would become a direct wholly owned subsidiary of Vyoma and an indirect subsidiary of L&T. The company’s data-centre business reported an operating revenue of ₹36.6 crore in FY26, contributing 0.025 per cent of L&T’s total revenue. The total net worth stands at ₹1,142 crore, providing 1.6 per cent of L&T’s total net worth. In comparison, LTNSPL reported ₹1.86 crore in turnover and has a net worth of ₹18.31 crore.
