Addressing reporters, Rama Rao alleged that Kondal Reddy is listed as the chairman of Tesseract Advanced Systems, and was given the land, worth Rs 200 crore, for Rs 7 crore. “What exactly is Tesseract Advanced Systems, and what are its financial credentials? If Kondal Reddy has no connection with Tesseract, why was he presented as its chairman and why did he represent the company at meetings,” Rama Rao asked. Rama Rao asked on what basis was the valuation done before the land was given to Kondal Reddy’s company. Demanding an investigation into the role of the Chief Minister and other ministers concerned in the deal, Rama Rao said the BRS would approach the Governor and the Lokayukta and pursue legal and constitutional remedies on this issue.
