The first full-length trailer of Toxic reveals a world of high stakes, hyper-real visuals and heightened emotions. Directed by Geethu Mohandas (Liar’s Dice, Moothon), Toxic stars and has been co-written by Yash. The Kannada star has also co-produced the film, which is his second release in 2026 alongside Ramayana: Chapter 1 (in which he plays Raavan).
