Malacañang on Thursday expressed sadness over the heckling incident in Davao wherein several students appeared to shout expletives at President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. during his visit. The incident, which was caught on video, has since gone viral. The Department of Education (DepEd) Schools Division of Davao has already issued an apology over the "inappropriate behavior” displayed by some of the students. While the DepEd did not specify which incident they reprimanded the Davao student for, a video went viral online wherein students could be seen cursing the president as he boarded his helicopter.
