A motorcyclist has died following a crash with a van in Dunmanway, Co. Cork, on Wednesday afternoon. The crash happened at approximately 2:30 pm on the R587 near Gloun North. The motorcyclist, a man in his 50s, was pronounced deceased at the scene. His body has been removed to Cork University Hospital, where a post-mortem will take place.
