Senate resolution filed vs P85 wage hike TROMANILA, Philippines — Senate Majority Leader Juan Miguel Zubiri rallied his colleagues in support of his resolution seeking the immediate lifting of the temporary restraining order against the P85 Metro Manila wage increase. Zubiri authored Senate Resolution No. 577, which seeks to express the sense of the Senate in opposing the wage hike TRO.
