Daniel Bwala, Special Adviser to President Bola Tinubu on Policy Communication, has challenged former Minister of Transportation Rotimi Amaechi to make public the details of a private discussion they allegedly had after Bwala left Atiku Abubakar.Amaechi, during an interview on Channels TV, had hinted at a confidential conversation with Bwala, urging him not to forget it. However, he declined to disclose the content, citing confidentiality.Reacting via his official X handle on Wednesday, Bwala, who is now serving in Tinubu’s administration granted Amaechi permission to reveal the details.“My attention was drawn to an interview wherein you said when I left Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, you called me and I told you something which you refused to tell @seunokin because you claimed it was confidential. I, Daniel Bwala, hereby give you the permission to please tell the whole world,” he wrote.Amaechi, currently the vice-presidential candidate of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), has yet to respond to Bwala’s challenge. The exchange adds a new dimension to the ongoing political rivalry and shifting alliances ahead of the 2027 elections.
