MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine Reclamation Authority (PRA) officials faced harassment when they inspected the allegedly illegally reclaimed Laguna lakeshore land in Taguig linked to Minority Leader Alan Peter Cayetano, Sen. Panfilo Lacson revealed yesterday. In a statement posted on X, Lacson said he met with PRA officials Monday night and learned that they were verbally harassed by Cayetano during the November 2025 plenary deliberations on the Office of the President’s proposed budget, under which the PRA operates. ‘Senator-judge troll’Cayetano, however, rejected the allegations during a Facebook Live broadcast before the afternoon session of the impeachment trial on Tuesday, insisting there were no illegal reclamation projects. Cayetano said Lacson should be investigated for using his position to target his critics.
