On the security situation, Bugti maintained that the international community supports the state rather than non-state actors.
He alleged that foreign networks, particularly Indian intelligence agencies, continue to provide funding, training and logistical support to militant groups operating from across the Afghan border.
Rejecting the possibility of peace talks with armed militant organisations, the Chief Minister said there was no international precedent for negotiating with such groups.
However, he reaffirmed the government's willingness to engage in political dialogue with local youth, political parties and community leaders to address legitimate concerns through democratic means.
Bugti also called for national unity on security issues, urging all political parties to build consensus in the country's interest.
