Nell Raven, 53, died at the scene in Corclare, Shercock, on July 24, and her daughter, Ira Mereacre, was taken to Temple Street Children's Hospital. Sadly, Ira, 10, who was a pupil of Milltown National School and had previously appeared on the Toy Show, passed away on Tuesday.
