The LPA may bring cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms over Metro Manila, Central Luzon, CALABARZON, the Bicol Region, MIMAROPA and the provinces of Oriental Mindoro, Occidental Mindoro, Romblon and Marinduque. Meanwhile, the easterlies may also bring rains over other parts of Luzon. Cagayan and Isabela may experience cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms due to the easterlies. The rest of the country may experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to localized thunderstorms.
