(The LTO has permanently revoked the driver's license of the SUV driver who was issued a Show Cause Order over the hit-and-run incident on Ortigas Avenue in Mandaluyong City.) He was also declared an Improper Person to Operate a Motor Vehicle, which became the basis for the permanent revocation of his driver's license. The Mandaluyong City Police Station earlier said that the SUV rammed the victims' motorcycle along Ortigas Avenue on July 10, 2026.
