Corporators from the Latur Municipal Corporation, Maharashtra, visited Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Smriti Vanam and Ambedkar Kala Vedika in Vijayawada on Tuesday as part of a study tour. Later, NTR District Collector G. Lakshmisha gave a comprehensive presentation on the design, technical aspects, and the cultural and educational significance of Ambedkar Smriti Vanam and Ambedkar Kala Vedika. Following the presentation, Ms. Jayashree Bhalchandra Sonkamble expressed her gratitude to the district officials and Vijayawada Municipal Corporation for the warm welcome extended to her team. Vijayawada Municipal Corporation in-charge Commissioner A. Ravindra Rao, Chief City Planner Sanjay Ratna Kumar, Latur Municipal Corporation officials and corporators were present during the tour.
