Lord Nicholas Windsor and his wife are separatedA royal couple who have recently separated are not set to divorce for one reason, a friend of the couple has revealed. Lord Nicholas Windsor, the youngest son of the Duke and late Duchess of Kent, and his wife, Paola, Lady Nicholas Windsor, are reportedly no longer together. This comes 19 years after they married in 2006, in what was the first Roman Catholic wedding of a member of the Royal Family since the reign of Queen Mary I in the 16th century. The Royal Family have not commented on the matter. While Lord Nicholas and Paola may not divorce, plenty of other royal couples have in the past.
