Kalasuruchi, in association with the Indian Institute of Educational Theatre (IIET), has organised ‘Two Fathers’, an English play that promises a compelling theatrical experience rooted in ideas, ethics, and human values. Written by philosopher and thinker Sundar Sarukkai and directed by theatre practitioner Badarinarayan, the play brings two contrasting world views into sharp dialogue on stage, the organisers said. “The play imaginatively brings together Einstein and Gandhi, two towering personalities. Through art, the play reimagines reconciliation, symbolising a meeting of the head and the heart,” a press release said. The play will be staged on January 31 (Saturday) at 6:30 p.m. at the Indian Institute of Educational Theatre, Hardwicke School premises, JLB Road, Mysuru.
