Australian-made animated series Bluey was the most streamed show in the US for the second year in a row, topping Nielsen’s annual year-end streaming charts for 2025. Grey’s Anatomy was ranked second place for the second year in a row with 40.9bn minutes watched, which is 455 episodes of about 40 minutes each. It’s worth noting that Nielsen’s 2025 calendar ended on 28 December, meaning Stranger Things’s tally doesn’t include the series finale, which dropped on New Year’s Eve. Besides Bluey, the only other children’s show to make the top 10 for 2025 was SpongeBob SquarePants. The season three finale of Bluey, the 28-minute special episode The Sign, premiered on 14 April 2024, followed by a shorter surprise episode (appropriately titled Surprise!)
