An intoxicated man who was spotted urinating in the street in a Cork town has been convicted in the district court. Court presenter, Sergeant Majella O’Sullivan, told Youghal District Court that a member of the public reported a highly intoxicated man on North Main Street, Youghal, on July 29, 2025 at 9.45pm. Garda Lee Donnelly attended the scene but when he arrived the man was no longer on North Man Street. Garda Donnelly told the court that Mr Serbickas was highly intoxicated, was staggering and proceeded to urinate against a wall. Judge John King convicted Mr Serbickas of being intoxicated in public and fined him €200, allowing two months to pay the fine.
