Parry Sound High School students will be returning in the classroom on Monday (Sept. 15). That’s according to Near North District School Board officials, who made the announcement last night (Sept. 10), that local students in Grades 9 to 12 will soon return to in-person learning. The Town of Parry Sound granted occupancy of the existing Parry Sound High School on Sept. 9 and work is underway to get the building ready to accommodate students. According to officials the transportation consortium has up to date busing information for all high school students in their online portal. Officials also say parking at the high school, in the Joseph Street lot, will be limited.
