It was the Phillies' first series loss since getting swept in Queens in late August, while the D-backs are still clinging to some playoff hope. What did go well, however, was Alec Bohm's scorching-hot return to the lineup. He bumped his batting average up nine points to a .282 batting average in just the three games. It didn't start out that way, however, with a .221 batting average through the end of April, but he's since turned it around with a .303 batting average since May 1. He deserves recognition for still holding his own in a star-studded Phillies lineup and doing his best to fill the missing hole of Trea Turner.
