Ævn is a Twin Cities artist who has just released his debut full-length album “Tides.” Ævn’s self-produced work that blends trip-hop, lo-fi, and alt-R&B into a cohesive founded narrative. Written and recorded between winters in the Twin Cities, the album explores themes of isolation, emotional paralysis, and the quiet rebuilding that follows personal collapse. Ævn uses sparse Instrumentation, layered textures, and distorted vocal processing to mirror the internal push and pull of healing and detachment.
