Flexing their improvisational muscles again, The Third Mind has gathered to worship at the alter of under-appreciated ’60s artists and breathe new life into some of their resurrected songs. Respectful, but hardly dogmatic, the collective of indie and alternative luminaries is at the top of their game here, playing soulfully and free. They continue to take leaps of faith and the risks are rewarding.
