In this role, Flood will oversee operations across Kodiak’s nationwide family of operating companies, ensuring alignment, efficiency, and support of every local business for continued growth. Flood brings more than 35 years of experience in the industry and joined the Kodiak family in 2014 when the company acquired New England Building Supply, where he served as co-president. “Mike has been a respected leader in the building materials industry for more than 35 years,” said Steve Swinney, CEO of Kodiak Building Partners.
