Betson, with offices already established in Illinois, Pennsylvania and Georgia, will introduce dual-screen multi-game cabinets to local amusement operators. The Nebraska office also will serve as a hub for Betson’s full line of amusement, vending equipment, and parts support. Betson also is expanding its Betson Technical University (BTU) program. BTU Core provides a two-day certification course; BTU On-Site brings trainers directly to customer locations for group training; and BTU Wellness combines classroom learning with live repair support. “A well-maintained game room is the foundation of a successful entertainment center,” said Rob Zigmont, vice president of operations at Betson Enterprises.
