News Investigators/ MTN Nigeria on Saturday night announced the launch of its Mega Billion Promo, an initiative, it said, was aimed at rewarding the loyalty of its customers. Speaking at the MTN Mega Billion Promo media parley in Lagos, the Chief Marketing Officer, MTN, Onyinye Ikenna-Emeka, said that the promo aimed at cushioning the effects of the economic downturn and tariff adjustment. Mrs Ikenna-Emeka said that it would produce about 195 millionaires and over 5000 winners to show its commitment to reward its loyal customers. She highlighted the importance of creating meaningful experiences for customers, noting that the reward programme was designed to achieve this. She noted that the reward programme was intended to acknowledge customer loyalty and demonstrate that their phone numbers could be a gateway to significant opportunities.
