PRESCOTT – The Prescott Police Department has stepped up its fight against the illegal possession and distribution of controlled substances. In 2017 under the direction of Detective Cody Ferguson, the Prescott Police Department effected 79 narcotic related arrests. Phillips was found to be in possession of a revolver, marijuana, methamphetamine and a methamphetamine pipe. Ferguson encountered a black male, identified as Willious Block, during an investigation. The Prescott Police Department encourages members of the community to feel free to provide anonymous information about any suspected narcotic related activity.
