M'sian lorry found with over 18,400 vapes at Tuas Checkpoint, man arrestedA Malaysian-registered lorry was found with over 18,400 e-vaporisers and 1,400 related components at Tuas Checkpoint on the morning of Sept 15. The lorry was profiled by ICA's Integrated Targeting Centre through pre-arrival risk assessment and directed for enhanced checks. A Malaysian man was arrested in connection with the case. Despite being banned since 2018, $41 million worth of vapes were seized in Singapore from January 2024 to March 2025, reported The Straits Times.
