PMA user punches man until he falls to ground outside Waterloo Street temple, police investigatingA personal mobility aid (PMA) user was caught on camera punching a man standing next to him outside a Waterloo Street temple on Sept 14. Stomper Donovan shared a video of an elderly man on the PMA hitting the other man on the face until the latter fell to the ground. A third man tried to stop the assault and helped the fallen man sitting on the ground. In the video, the PMA user can be heard swearing at the other man in Hokkien while punching him. In response to a Stomp query, the police said they received a call for assistance at 178 Waterloo Street, the address of the temple, at about 5pm.
