43-year-old woman found dead in Joo Chiat condo unit, 40-year-old man under probe for alleged murderFatimah MujibahThe Straits TimesSeptember 18, 2025A 40-year-old man is being investigated for the alleged murder of a 43-year-old woman in a Joo Chiat residential unit on Sept 15. The police said they responded to a call for assistance at the unit in Everitt Road at about 9.30pm and found the woman lying motionless at the location. Preliminary investigations revealed that the man, who was known to the woman, had left Singapore before the call for assistance. The Straits Times understands the unit is at a residential property called Lotus at Joo Chiat.
