Prosecutors in Contra Costa County charged a Walnut Creek man with murder who allegedly killed his wife and mother-in-law last week, the District Attorney’s Office said. Howard Wang, 43, is being charged with the fatal shootings of his wife, Linlin Guo, and her mother, Beimin Cheng. The officers found the two women dead inside the home and took Wang into custody.
