Bloor Homes is proposing the new estate off High Lane, which includes 22 affordable homes, with affordable social rent and affordable home ownership schemes. The plans have been slightly scaled back from 57 homes following discussions. Uttlesford Council’s planning committee is set to discuss the plans at a meeting on September 17, with an officer recommending the proposals gets the green light.
