Bellway has announced its Countdown to Christmas campaign at its Sapphire Fields and Maplewood Grove developments in the town. The scheme will be available on selected plots until the end of October, helping potential homeowners secure an energy-efficient property by the festive season. Bellway representatives will guide customers on which homes can be moved into before December 25. Jenny Walker, sales director for Bellway’s Essex division, said: "We’re approaching the time of year when thoughts turn to Christmas and for many people, this is the ideal time to move into a brand-new home. "There are no lengthy chains, so you could move in as little as six weeks."
