Bus firm Central Connect, which provides services across Essex and at schools, has come under fire from upset parents regarding its 331 and 333 bus services. Braintree parent Ben Hinton has three children, two aged 11 and 14, who take the Central Connect Bus 333 service to Helena Romanes School, in Parsonage Downs, Great Dunmow. In a letter to the bus firm Helena Romanes School has outlined many complaints from the start of term earlier this month. Mrs Davis said: “At the start of term, I wrote to Central Connect to express my deep concerns about the 331 and the 333 bus service. “I am appalled at the company's lack of duty of care towards Helena Romanes pupils and their parents.
