The recipients — Tomarey Henry and Bertrand Gray — who excelled in the 2025 Grade 6 National Assessment, also demonstrated exemplary conduct during the RPFAB’s Youth Intervention Program.
Speaking after the ceremony, ACP Jeffers said that he initially wanted to remain anonymous, and that the donations were about investing in youth and not for personal recognition.
Gray placed second overall for Greenbay Primary in the Grade 6 National Assessment.
Because, you know, everybody believed that nothing good can come out of Greenbay; that’s not true.
I believe that if we identify youth and invest in them, they will become good children and become leaders of tomorrow.”Jeffers emphasized that investment goes beyond financial support.
