Just the star of classic movies like The Sting, Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid and All the President's Men. It lets you watch a friendship grow into a deep love and then watch it eroded by world events and missed opportunities. Well, despite the grandeur it seems to promise, plus the interesting plot line and the big stars (Margot Robbie and Colin Farell) playing it, this is only a tepid romantic film. There’s a room of young computer types who have to watch videos all day to scour out the bad ones. That, plus the overall judgement of social media, are well-explored here, under the direction of Uta Briesewitz.
