The incident happened at around 1.30pm in Chakeshill Drive, Brentry, Bristol, on Thursday, September 2, according to Avon and Somerset Police. A racial comment was allegedly made during the attack, which left the girl traumatised and too frightened to leave the house. The girl was allegedly hit three times by a pellet, which caused soreness but no serious injury during the incident, which is thought to have involved a second offender. Avon and Somerset Police has now launched an investigation into the incident and is supporting the victim and her family. The victim has been referred to Stand Against Racism and Inequality (SARI) for support.
