City officials confirmed that all city offices will begin operating from the new South Bend City Hall on Monday, October 13. Boxes from the mayor’s office on the 14th floor of the County City Building are already being packed, following a year long archiving effort. The signage is up on the new building reading “South Bend City Hall,” but it is unclear if their name will be removed from the old building.
