The “Creatures of the Night” program on September 25 will show spiders in a positive light. Creatures of the Night SpidersELKHART COUNTY, Ind. -- Hoosiers will have the chance to encounter one of the creepiest of crawlies at the Elkhart County Parks’“Creatures of the Night” program on Sept. 25 at Benton Dam in River Preserve County Park. Visitors are invited to brave the dark and see these eight-legged creatures in action on a spider-seeking night hike. Activities will include an engaging talk by spider expert, Linda Strain, educational displays, and the opportunity to observe arachnids on a guided hike.
