Angela Blvd., in Eddy Street Commons. Separate from this incident, South Bend Police had an increased presence in Eddy Street Commons and surrounding areas before, during and after yesterday’s football game due to last weekend’s disturbances and gunfire in the same area. Saturday’s increase led to 13 arrests within Eddy Street Commons, for offenses ranging from Criminal Trespass to Unlawful Possession of a Firearm.
