Hana Mommohaad MuslehST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. -- Court documents from St. Joseph County reveal 50-year-old Hana Mommohaad Musleh has been charged with Arson, a Level 4 Felony, and Invasion of Privacy, a Class A Misdemeanor, following an incident on Sept. 14. The St. Joseph County Police Department reports officers, along with firefighters, responded to a house fire on Mercury Drive on Sept. 14. Officers said they were familiar with the home due to previous calls for the suspect, Musleh, a relative of the homeowners. Musleh had allegedly been harassing the homeowners in a variety of ways, including setting their car on fire, for which the homeowners chose not to press charges.
