Such is the case with ‘Civil War,’ the new film from director Alex Garland and production studio A24. When it was all said and done, ‘Civil War’ is a magnificent film that feels equal parts outlandish and cautionary. It’s a movie that will likely leave you with questions about what you’ve seen, long after you leave the theater.
