The 514 kilogram calf placed fourth in his class during the live rounds of judging in the Glen Innes showground earlier in the month. However, it shone bright in the carcase judging, amassing 90.4 points in total, the only entrant to score above 90pts, dressing out at 58.9 per cent with 13 of 15 points for fat distribution, nine out of 10 points for yield, and 28.4 out of 30 points on the MSA index.
