He currently serves on the board of directors for the Association for Executives in Healthcare Information Security and the Jacksonville/Northeast Florida chapter of the Information Systems Security Association. With more than 25 years in information technology and 17 years in information security, Mr. Coulter previously established an information security program at Caris Life Sciences and led a multinational security initiative at GAF Materials. He established and chairs an information security council made up of senior leaders from across the organization to provide oversight and guidance to the information security office. He is an active contributor to industry forums like SecureWorld Houston and the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives. He is active in statewide security leadership, chairing the Connecticut Hospital Association information security committee and supporting health information exchange governance.
